Folk art sign featuring classic “Maine Pure Maple Syrup & Sugar” lettering inspired by the simple advertising once seen on general store and hotel porches throughout northern New England and the Adirondacks.

The panel is fashioned from an antique pine board sourced from an old crate. The sign is painted with traditional milk paint and shows overall crackle and authentic distressing. An old split in the board has been appropriately stabilized. Square nail holes in the corners suggest the mounting points that would have secured an original working sign.

Made in the spirit of early American sign making using traditional materials and finishes.
