Antique Peonies Bucket

Authentic antique bucket with original surface and wire handle with turned wood grip. The bucket shows honest wear with light surface rust and old asphalt repairs to the bottom, typical of buckets that saw years of practical use.

The “Peonies” lettering is hand-painted in traditional milk paint and lightly distressed to complement the age and character of the bucket, recalling the look of early garden and nursery signs. Each May the Indiana Peony Festival—held just a short walk from my studio—brings thousands of visitors to the neighborhood to celebrate the bloom.

Made in the spirit of early American sign making using traditional materials and finishes.
