The font of wood type is work, mixed and incomplete. I cut - on a scroll saw - and mounted two missing letters. The more I use this face, the more it grows. 

I see this print as apolitical. If you’re not under duress (and I know folks that aren’t on both sides) you aren’t paying attention. This is the only one of this series that I know has drawn any ire. 

The two-color flag cut was created in-house from laser cut Masonite - a cheap wood hardboard. When I made it, I never suspected I’d ever print it upside down. I printed the flag in two passes and then the type.

The Poco - a cylinder proof press - was never intended for multi-color printing. It has no registration system. I’ve devised a simple means to get tight registration.
